Finding care
Name the health concern you want help to address.
Write it down in your own words. What has been bothering you? What do you hope will change? What have you tried?

Ask a licensed medical practice who will check your health and what happens if treatment is not offered.
For an online visit
As of October 3, 2026, registration for Arizona telehealth lets some health professionals with a licence from another state treat Arizona patients remotely.
They need a licence free of restrictions and must meet Arizona’s rules on past licence problems and insurance covering claims about their care.
They must also follow Arizona law when treating you.
This registration alone does not allow them to treat you in person in Arizona.
Ask the person for their full name, along with the Arizona licence or registration they use. Ask their Arizona licensing board whether it covers your visit.
